You can make reservations by telephone (413-634-5665) or e-mail.

E-mail reservations

If you want to reserve by e-mail (info@brookwoodbnb.com), be sure to tell us:

1. What dates you are interested in (or arrival date and number of nights),
2. How many people are in your party, including any children,
3. If you have any special requests for breakfast.

Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Policies

Guaranted Reservations: A major credit card or a pre-paid deposit of the first night’s lodging is required to guarantee your reservation.

Payment: Brookwood B&B accepts all major credit cards, travellers checks, and cash. We can only accept checks drawn on US banks for payment if mailed at least 14 days prior to the date of your arrival, to allow time for the funds to clear.

Cancellation and No Shows: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must let us know at least 14 days before the date of your stay. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay and we are unable to re-book your room, or if you do not show on the night of your scheduled arrival, your credit card will be charged for one night's lodging, or you will forfeit your pre-paid deposit.
