Room and Rates

The guest suite at Brookwood B&B is located above an art studio, in a separate wing attached to our home. It has private entrances and deck. The suite has a queen bed, with a pullout queen sofa available. In addition to the sofa, the suite has a table and chairs, kitchenette, and private bathroom with shower.

The rate is $95 per night, for up to two people (double occupancy), and $35 for each additional person, with a two-night minimum on weekends and holidays. Rates include breakfast (see menu). Inquire about discounted rates for extended stays.

Guest Policies

1. Check-in is after 3 pm. Checkout is by 11 am.
2. We welcome children of any age. Kids under 6 stay free with their parents.
3. Brookwood B&B is non-smoking. No pets, please.
4. Two-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
